I named this shoe after my friend Mariana. She is super smart and carrer driven but at the same time she manages to make time to enjoy and spend quality time with  friends and family.  I am lucky because I consider myself to be in both categories, a friend and close family.  Mariana is the best hostess ever and cooks like a Goddess! Some day when I grow up I want to be like Mariana...

I named this shoe after my friend Ana. Ana enjoys life like a kid, loves wearing tutus and diamond shoes whenever she is feeling a little blue, she celebrates christmas all year long and has the most contagious laugh in the world . Ana just has the ability to make the oridinary special, to make life a special ocation.  So here's to making each day count, to wearing cherries in your shoes and a bright lipstick!

Few things are lovelier than the excitement and anticipation for the days and months that lay ahead . . . There are still so many things left to discover, words left unspoken, plans to be made and dreams left to dream . . .

So Let's raise a glass to the past, to no regrets, to the beauty in struggling, to the impossible accomplishments we will somehow manage to complete, to dinners for two and small adventures, to true friendships and to lives well lived...

My very own powerpuff girl

I named this sandal after Irma. Irma lives in Monterrey. My Irma can just light up a room with her fun strongminded personality and charm. I think I could write a book with Irma´s quotes, she is pure GIRLPOWER. I sometimes think of her as my very own powerpuff girl. When times get rough we can always count on each other , I guess counting on girlfriends in good times and in bad is what girl power is all about♡

A subtly elegant inspiration

I named this sandal after Ariane.

She is one of my dearest friends and my favorite person in the world to watch cult movies with ♥

Ari lives in New York , she has always had a passion for understanding and helping migrants and developing countries and making a difference in the world. She has definitely made a difference in my life and I feel very lucky to have her as a friend.

I styled my lovely Ari with a very Audrey Hepburn updo because she has always reminded me of her. She has this kind of unpretentious , warmhearted discrete elegance.

I named each shoe in my collection inspired by faboulous girls that Im lucky to have in my life....

Daniella is like a sister to me. She always takes the less traveled road and is the most unique person Ive ever met. Danny lives in Barcelona and is a very talented architect. Because she sees the world in a different way than everybody else, her way of waltzing through life is entirely her own and Im so grateful she has me as a guest in her lovely world.

I cannot begin to describe how this feels , as always the best feelings are those that have no words to describe them...

Here´s to that feeling and Here´s to the wonderful women that will write the story of their lives not letting anyone else hold the pen and will choose to wear these lovely shoes to waltz through life like goddesses!

Loly thought for a moment. ‟Yes, I think I do.”

‟Even if it means never seeing the fairies again?”

‟It doesnt matter, not seeing them again,” said Loly ‟I´ll never forget them, like everybody else who grows up. Because I have the shoes, That´s why they are so important. Whenever I start to forget or pretend I never knew they existed, I can look at my shoes and I´ll remember.”
