Otra tendencia que marcan para este año es la piña, tanto así que ¡se antoja una piña colada para este calor! Nos encanta este print en camiseta para combinarla con unos jeans y una chamarra de mezclilla...¡obviamente no pueden faltar nuestros Cut Negative!

Another trend for this year is the pineapple, we want it sooo much that we are just dying for a piña colada...specially for this hot summer! We love this t-shirt that matches perfectly with jeans and a denim jacket...you can't obviously miss our Cut Negative!

Its not uncommon for us to get the question “How do you make the magic behind a Loly in the Sky shoe come to life?" 

Si lo vieramos como un cuento, todo empieza desde la creatividad e imaginación de nuestra diseñadora (Lorena Vázquez) y las plasma en su famoso libro de bocetos... Después, lo mejor está por venir pero preferimos no contarles sino enseñarles este pequeño video dónde se muestra la magia de Loly in the Sky. Aunque está en inglés,  para que pudieran entendernos todas nuestras Loly Girls alrededor del mundo (El video se mandó a Japón, Arabia Saudita, Canadá y Estados Unidos) queremos compartirlo con ustedes que son el corazón de Loly in the sky.

Looking back at how this dream came true, we thought it would be nice to share this amazing video with our Loly girls around the world.  It's a small peak into Mexican craftmanship making beautiful shoes for you! 

If it were a fairy-tale, it would have started start with our amazing designer (Lorena Vazquez) as a girl who captures incredible illustrations in her diary as she lets her creativity and imagination flow.  Then, the best thing is yet to come…but we won’t tell you.  We’ll let you watch this video and experience the magic for yourself!

Reconocida en México DF como una de las mejores tiendas para visitar, Joel de Fandiño ha hecho de esta tienda algo mágico. También en el corazón de la Roma, visitar Vintage Hoe es una experiencia padrísima.  Encuentras también ropa y accesorios en excelentes condiciones y ¡a precios increcíbles!  No te la pierdas.

2.      Mercado de la Lagunilla

Allende y Juan Álvarez, Centro

Conocido a nivel internacional como el mejor mercado para comprar muebles antiguos, el Mercado de la Lagunilla se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad de México.  Es un mercado que se pone todos los fines de semana donde puedes encontrar desde alimentos, hasta las más hermosas piezas para tu casa.  Los precios son demasiado variables, pero es padrísimo ir a pasear y encontrarte con artículos verdaderamente especiales. Por la zona en la que se encuentra es recomendable ir en taxi, con mucho tiempo para pasear y nunca solo. ¡Les va a fascinar!

3.      Goodbye Folk 

Colima 198, Col. Roma

Este lugar no te la crees; tienda de artículos vintage, prendas que parecen ser vintage pero son nuevas y te las hacen a la medida y peluquería súper loca donde te puedes ir a hacer cortes mega cool. Un must en tu visita a la colonia Roma.

4.      Mejor Imposible

Euler 37, Polanco

Una de las clásicas tiendas vintage, ellos manejan artículos a consignación.  Es decir tu puedes llevar tus cosas (obvio en buen estado) y después de una evaluación las dejas por un periodo de tres meses.  Al final del periodo ellos te pagan lo que se haya vendido.  ¿Está padre no? Encuentras mil cosas a precios buenísimos.

5.      Peculiar Objects

Alvaro Obregon 159, Col. Roma

Verónica, su curadora, tiene un talento impecable para escoger piezas de ropa, accesorios o pequeñas piezas de mobiliario.  De seguro te sientes en un sueño, porque la tienda es hermosa. Los precios no son los más baratos pero definitivo sus artículos lo valen.

¡El verano está a la vuelta de la esquina! ♥
Nos encantan los 'tutos' para uñas y Denia Martínez, inspirada en sus Lolys Claire, nos hizo esta propuesta que te va a encantar. Estoy segura que vas a encontrar nuevas oportunidades y estas catarinas te acompañarán siempre.

Pasos:
1. Aplica esmalte rosa claro como base.
2. Haz un círculo rojo en la parte superior de la uña.
3. Haz un círculo negro más pequeño como la cabeza.
4. Termina dibujando la línea central y los puntitos negros del cuerpo.
¡No olvides los ojos! Esos dos puntitos blancos sobre la cabeza.
5. Repite estos pasos cuantas veces quieras y ¡dibuja las catarinas que desees!
6. Recuerda aplicar una capa de brillo al final para una mayor duración.

Advice from your Loly Ladybugs: Spot new opportunities and don’t let small things bug you. 

Apply this easy and simple Mani to go with your Claire Lolys!

Steps:
1. Apply a pale pink base coat.
2.  Do a red circle in the upper part of the nail.
3. Do a smaller black circle for the head.
4. End by drawing the center line for the body and the black dots.
Don’t forget the eyes! Those two small white dots over the head.
5.  Repeat these steps and draw as many ladybugs as you want!
6.  Remember to apply a top coat for long lasting nails.
