She took two steps backwards

The first step said good morning Sir

The second step said good morining `mam

and the other steps said how is the family doing?

She had eyes that sedated the sea

She had hidden a dream in a windy closet

She laughed like the sea feeling coals in its belly

When she got here one lovely part of her was still far away

When she left something formed in the horizon to wait for her

She was beautiful like a sky beneath a dove...
